HOT VOX Presents:  Larimae // Strange Addiction // Eckotrigger // Transwaves // Stanley Pratt

The Workshop is a little gem of a discovery underneath The Star in Shoreditch. With an underground hacienda feel, this venue is the perfect setting for bands cutting their teeth on the scene, or those wanting to get up close and personal with the crowd.

Larimae
https://hotvox.co.uk/artist/larimae/UK-based electronic composers Sam Hughes and Roma Agnihotri met at university. While studying, Roma explored the synergy between sound and visuals by combining reworked samples, circuit-bent instruments, and found sounds. Sam, rooted in the dance scene, produced upbeat electronic music. Together, under the alias Larimae, they create distinct ambient, dance, and experimental music with global influences.

Strange Addiction
https://hotvox.co.uk/artist/strange-addiction/Strange Addiction are a two piece band from South London. They have been writing and recording for the past two years. Beautiful, dark sounds, laced with catchy pop choruses, they have been impressing people with their original material and videos on youtube and have just started gigging around London.

Sonke on Keyboards programming and production. Anna on Vocals, shakers and all Strange Addiction artwork and images. Both write and produce their sounds in their studio in South East London. They were lucky enough to use the likes of Eli Irvine (King Kurt) and Anne Stephenson (The Communards and Massive Attack) on some of their recent tracks.

Welcome to the world of Strange Addiction.
